WINTER, SNOW and ICE!

January, 31th - 7:00 AM: Minus 15 degrees Celsius! Sure nothing to see with the winter 2006 when during several days, the temperature felt to minus 30!

Still, locals consider with an amazing relief  that the real winter has finally come!

People wear the famous shapkas and the streets are getting very dangerous because really slippery.

Otherwise, in its whole, the daily life goes on, as usually.
